Neysa is our Director at Ginger and Carrot productions.

Neysa transitioned into the creative field after a 7 year run in the tech industry. Frustrated by the corporate politics, racism, and lack of visibility… she decided to focus on supporting small businesses anyway she could. Ginger and Carrot Productions started with food photography and social media. Then, the team pivoted to long format content that facilitates better conversations and deeper business impact.

When she’s not in business mode, she can be found actually taking long walks on the beach, binge watching cooking shows, and posting branding deep dives on TikTok @helloneysa

Tabari is our lead editor and handles all things set operations.

Tabari has a background in activism and community outreach. He was on the front lines for protests that organized after the murder of Travon Martin and Mike Brown. He’s been a long time fan of filmmaking and storytelling - making the connection between how storytelling shapes the hearts and minds of our community.

When he’s not plugged into Premier Pro, he can be found exploring a new indie game, tuning in for virtual game night with old friends, or adding another film to his repertoire on Letterbox.
